I really liked that there was no pressure from the salesmen, they kindly let you browse around the store without following you around but are there to offer you advice and information about their products.

This place was a real find.
I spent two full days looking for a sofa for my new apartment. I went everywhere, The Brick, United Furniture Warehouse, The Bay, Sears, all over town. Everywhere I went the merchandise was either way out of my price range or total garbage. And everywhere there seemed to be a ratio of 5 commission-earning salesman to every one customer.
I walked in to Pallucci, the sales guy answered a couple of questions, and then he let me wander around the store for 45 minutes without bothering me. I sat on every couch, I took a bunch of pictures with my phone and sent them to my friends for second opinions, and the sales staff were perfectly friendly and helpful the whole time. In the end I got a 3-seat leather sofa for $845, including all taxes and delivery. In case you aren't familiar with furniture, that is a bargain.
In short, great staff, quality furniture, excellent prices.

I have been here a couple of times now and they are consistent with their service. I like helpful stores and the sales staff were informative and not pushy. Fantastic store, the prices are amazing compared to the other sofa stores in Vancouver. I definitely recommend Pallucci.

I bought furniture from them. Simply, the best customer service I have ever received. Clive, is a man that you can trust for doing business with.
After spending many hours shopping at big box furniture stores in search of the perfect sofa, these guys are a breath of fresh air. This is the kind of store you get when two experienced guys in the furniture industry come together to provide high quality leather sofas at very decent prices. I'm not normally an internet review-writing kinda guy, but I was so impressed with the service here that I signed up to yelp just for this.
Stewart, the sales manager, is a laid back guy who'll give you all the help you need but is not pushy at all. He really seemed to know a lot about his products and went the extra mile to make sure our purchase was at our convenience as opposed to his or the store's convenience. I felt good about buying from here as I knew if there were any problems they would look after me.
Sure enough, they did. About a week into enjoying our beautiful sofa, my wife noticed a small tear/scuff underneath the right arm cushion, something that we definitely didn't do ourselves and were worried it would get bigger as we used the couch. I called the store and talked to Clive, who I think is the owner/president of the company. He said he would have to come out and look at it and told me to "name a time and I'll be there". He came out the next day and after looking at it offered to swap it out. It was as simple as that, no ifs, ands, or buts. I'm sure the return policy varies by situation, but I felt respected and I felt the issue was resolved extremely quickly and with style.
Two more things:
First, aside from the service, we love our sofa! My wife has back issues and so we struggled to find a sofa with good lumbar support. We were able to find a great sofa that fit the bill here. There is not a huge selection of sofas to choose from, relatively speaking, but based on what I've seen at other stores, if you are looking for a leather sofa, you'll probably find something here that fits the bill. We got the Caprice, and we're happy!
Second, It wouldn't be fair to leave out the delivery company, who (I think) is called Marble delivery, if I remember correctly. These guys contacted us quickly and arrived promptly. They give a two hour window which is much better than some companies who make you hang around the whole day. Also, I've never seen two guys kick off their shoes quicker while carrying a heavy leather sofa.
As you can probably tell, I was impressed with Pallucci Sofas and would definitely recommend them to someone who was looking for a great sofa at a reasonable price.

Micelle M Vancouver I was very happy buying my sofa at this store. The prices were very good and I had the same day delivery. The store has quite a good selection of leather sofas and I bought a black sectional. I wanted it straight away so the salesman made a few phone calls and we had it delivered later that afternoon. I was very impressed with the effort the salesman made to get me a same day delivery. The delivery company put the sofa into my living room and took away all the wrapping. My boyfriend and I are very happy with our new sofa and so impressed with the same day delivery that I decided to write this review. I don't normally feel the need to write many reviews because it's rare to get such good customer service but on this occasion our customer experience was so good I wanted to write about it! I recently bought a Teramo leather sofa from Pallucci Furniture on 32 East Broadway. What great service, I was assisted by their sales manager Stewart, who was helpful and able to understand what I was looking for immediately. Their prices are great clearly market on all their sofas and well within my budget.
The sofa was delivered on time after only one call from their delivery company. They placed it in my living room , unwrapped it and took the unused packaging away
What a great overall experience!
