Date of purchase is considered to be the day of payment not the day of pick up or delivery. Items that are purchased must be fully paid at time of purchase. Customers must provide a copy of their original invoice in order to pick up their merchandise.
All items must be picked up or delivered within 30 days of purchase or a storage fee may apply.
Any item(s) received damaged must be reported in writing within 24hrs of receipt of the item
All deposit refunds are subject to a 5% administration fee. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to be fully processed.
Special order Deposits and Sales are not refundable and not returnable - All sales final.
Pallucci Furniture reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to delivery or pick up.
Pallucci will assist customers in organizing the delivery or shipment of goods but is not responsible for any problems or damages damages that occur during delivery.
24hrs notice is required for any changes in the delivery date and/or time. Notification less than 24hrs prior to delivery may be subject to additional charges.
Failure to be present at the delivery location at the agreed upon delivery time may result in additional delivery charges.
Customers are free to choose and arrange their own method of delivery. Any problems that arise during their delivery are to be negotiated between the customer and the delivery company.
Pallucci cannot accept responsibility for sofas that do not fit in your home, please ensure you take accurate measurements.
