All floor models, discontinued and clearance items Sold as Is.
Please allow 8-12 Weeks for all custom-made sofas
Date of purchase is considered to be the day of payment, not the day of pick up or delivery and must be fully paid at time of purchase.
All items must be picked up or delivered within 30 days of purchase or a storage fee may apply.
Any item(s) received damaged must be reported in writing within 24hrs of receipt of the item.
Pallucci Furniture reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to delivery or pick up. Orders cancelled by Pallucci will be refunded within 7 Days.
We assist customers in organizing the delivery or shipment of goods but is not responsible for any damages to property that may occur during delivery. Our delivery company is bonded and insured; therefore, they will deal with you the customer directly.
24hrs notice required for changes in the delivery date or time. Notification less than 24hrs prior to delivery may be subject to additional charges.
Failure to be present at the delivery location at the agreed upon delivery time will result in additional delivery charges.
Problems that arise during customer arranged delivery are to be negotiated between the customer and the delivery company direct.
Pallucci cannot accept responsibility for sofas that do not fit in your home / property, please ensure you take accurate measurements and undertake due diligence. All measurements in store or online are approximate.
In the unlikely event the item does not physically fit and the delivery company are not able to get the item into your residence, the item can be returned and a credit note will be issued, less the delivery fee, valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
For Custom Sofas all dimensions are approximate and are subject to the slight variations inherent in a hand-built product.
All custom orders are made to the customer’s unique specifications. For this reason, custom orders are final sale and cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned.
Pallucci does not warrant nor guarantee fabrics against fading, shrinking, stretching, seam slippage, wear abrasion, wrinkling, creasing, staining, running or discoloration from contact with any liquid or alteration in colour and hand due to any finish treatment. Pallucci is not responsible for dye lot differences or any discrepancies in widths of fabric and does not guarantee, warrant, or represent exact matches to cuttings, memos and samples. Fabric sources may be changed without notification.
Fabric dye lot and textural variations may occur compared to swatches. Please be advised there are no returns or claims on products and dye lot variance as they are not considered faulty.
Piling is not a fabric defect or fault, and is it not covered. It can be compared to shedding, as there are constantly new loose fibers coming to the surface. This is completely normal and will reduce once the excess fibers are gone. It does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric.
The warranty does not cover any damages due to abuse or improper use, excessive soiling, improper or unapproved cleaning methods, chemical treatments, exposure to direct sunlight, or colour fading.
Pallucci does not warrant the colorfastness or the matching of colours of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings, samples, or swatch cards.
Due to body warmth, moisture, and the physical strain applied to upholstery covering, the cover material will stretch, sometimes quickly. This is a normal process; however, there are steps that can be taken to help maintain the appearance of one’s upholstery.
Sofa bed Mattress - We recommend a breathable waterproof mattress cover for all sofa beds. This will help to minimize potential damage from moisture, dust, and insects A mattress cover is usually made of breathable waterproof, lightweight material that allows air to circulate, preventing the growth of mold or mildew
Avoid sitting in the same spot over and over – no matter how well made, if the same spot is used continuously, that area will stretch and wear faster. Smooth the cover on the seat and back cushion – it is recommended that seats and backs are massaged to make sure that feathers, fiber, and Dacron be kept fluffed, therefore, keeping the material expanded throughout the cushions.
At Pallucci we use only high-quality materials suited for upholstery. Thus, stretching and a casual appearance do not represent a quality defect, but the characteristics typical for this furniture.
Some of Pallucci’s upholstery feature feather seat and back cushions, which make for a very comfortable and inviting seating experience and aesthetic. Feathers are contained in a down proof ticking to reduce migration of feathers. Please note that it is normal for some feathers to find their way through the casing.
Down filled upholstery will flatten and look misshapen if not cared for, it must be fluffed and re-formed regularly to maintain its shape and loft.
As Pallucci handmakes all our custom upholstery, we cannot guarantee pattern matching on Custom upholstery where a patterned fabric has been selected. We make every effort to match the pattern to the best of our ability, however, if some lines or patterns do not line up it is not considered a manufacturer's defect and cannot be claimed as a warrantable concern.
