In the unlikely event the item does not physically fit and the delivery company are not able to get the item into your residence, a credit note will be issued, less the delivery fee, valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Date of purchase is considered to be the day of payment, not the day of pick up or delivery and must be fully paid at time of purchase.
Customers must provide a copy of their original sales order and valid government picture ID in order to pick up their merchandise. In store pickups are subject to approval and available labour to assist with loading and must be arranged prior to pick up.
All items must be picked up or delivered within 30 days of purchase or a storage fee may apply.
Any item(s) received damaged must be reported in writing within 24hrs of receipt of the item.
Pallucci Furniture reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to delivery or pick up. Orders cancelled by Pallucci will be refunded within 7 Days.

We will assist customers in organizing the delivery or shipment of goods but is not responsible for any damages to property that may occur during delivery.
Our delivery company is bonded and insured, therefore they will deal with you the customer directly
24hrs notice required for changes in the delivery date or time. Notification less than 24hrs prior to delivery may be subject to additional charges.
Failure to be present at the delivery location at the agreed upon delivery time will result in additional delivery charges.
Problems that arise during customer arranged delivery are to be negotiated between the customer and the delivery company direct.
Pallucci cannot accept responsibility for sofas that do not fit in your home/ property, please ensure you take accurate measurements and undertake due diligence. All measurements in store or online are approximate.
