Internet, meet David Schiller, a member of the sales team here at Pallucci Furniture where he also contributes to our sales and marketing initiatives. Hailing from Vancouver, BC, David has been with Pallucci for the last three years and would describe himself as sincere, reliable and honest.
This amateur winemaker enjoys making and drinking his own vintages at home, and greets each morning by enduring his dog licking his face. Asked how he prepares for the work day, David proves his honest moniker by frankly replying, “I don’t.”
A refreshingly laid back individual, David spends his time away from work by relaxing with his partner and dog just doing whatever strikes them as intriguing, and lives his life by the old saying: “you never get a second chance to make a first impression.” You can find him flipping through reruns of his favourite TV show, Alf, or enjoying the cinematic splendour of Francis Ford Coppola’s Godfather as his favourite film.
If he were to have to choose between an all-inclusive resort and a Canadian lakeside cottage for a week away from the daily grind, David would pack for the cottage. “I spent 20 years in Florida, it’s time to try the cottage thing,” he says.
David sees himself as a thorough individual, taking pride in his extensive product knowledge. You can ask him anything, just be sure to take note of his answers. “My biggest pet peeve is when customers ask me the same questions over and over again without listening to the answer.” David also recommends that customers come in to the Pallucci showroom prepared to discuss their plans. He’s a huge advocate of doing your homework before beginning your search for the perfect piece of furniture, and likes to remind customers to “compare apples to apples.”
David has been with Pallucci for the last three years because he appreciates the big bossman, Clive Braude, and his openness and dedication to employee and customer satisfaction. His personal favourite piece of furniture is Pallucci Furniture's own Theo set.
